چکیده
To compare the fracture resistance of immature teeth subjected to apexification with three different bioactive materials. Sixty non-carious, single-rooted premolar straight canals were decoronated at cementoenamel junction, standardizing 13 mm length. After access preparation, accessed #10 K-file followed by biomechanical preparation using Ni-Ti ProTaper Gold rotary files upto F3 and irrigation was done 2 mL 3% NaOCl, 17% EDTA 5 ml saline. simulate roots open apices, #1–5 Peeso reamers passed through apex enlarging 1.5 diameter. Later, samples randomly divided into 4 groups 5mm apical plug in each group, Group I: GuttaFlow Bioseal, II: Biodentine, III: EndoSeal MTA IV: Control group. Samples filled an 5mm. remaining part root obturated gutta-percha cones AH Plus sealer lateral condensation. stimulate periodontal ligament lining surfaces, C-Silicone light body impression material used. The stored for 1 week 100% humidity 37˚C ensure that set environment clinical situation. evaluated universal testing machine. II (Biodentine) showed highest reisistance I (GuttaFlow BioSeal) III (EndoSeal MTA) Biodentine values Bioseal least shown MTA.

Fracture resistance of simulated immature teeth after apexification with calcium silicate-based materials
OBJECTIVE To compare the fracture resistance of simulated immature teeth filled with an apical barrier of mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA), Biodentine, and calcium-enriched mixture (CEM). MATERIALS AND METHODS Fifty-two single-rooted human maxillary central incisors were used. For standardization, the teeth were sectioned 6 mm above and 9 mm below the cementoenamel junction to simulate immatu...

AIMS The aim of the present study is to compare and assess the fracture resistance of root canal treated teeth with different restorative materials. MATERIALS AND METHODS The present in vitro study was carried out on seventy-five freshly extracted, noncarious, single-canal human lower-first premolars with similar anatomic characteristics. Teeth were randomly assigned to five groups with 15 te...

15 صفحه اولFracture resistance of teeth obturated with RealSeal using two different chelating agents: an in vitro study.
OBJECTIVES The aim of this study was to evaluate the fracture resistance of endodontically treated teeth filled with a resin-based obturation material using two different chelating agents. METHODS AND MATERIALS Forty extracted single-canal human teeth were prepared, instrumented, and randomly divided into three groups: Group 1 (n=15) received a final flush with 10 ml of neutralized 17% EDTA, ...
